Nostalgia dress

For my FMP in my foundation, I wanted to create a garment based on the concept of nostalgia. In my foundation I focussed on 3D design and Fashion. I created this dress by making a caliko base and then I individually sewed envelopes all over that my dad had collected for me from his work. I wanted envelopes from all around the world that had been to loads of places to accentuate the element of nostalgia. I forgot about this dress and sadly I think it's crumpled up somewhere in the loft.
